How to add your Ursuline 365 email account to the Mac’s Mail program

The following instructions lead you through the steps needed to add your new Office 365 email account to the Mac’s Mail program.

If you have any problems please email helpdesk@ursuline.edu.

If you had your old Ursuline E-mail setup in Mail, you will have to delete the old account first:

  1. Open the Mail program
  2. Click Mail in the top left corner
  3. Click Accounts
  4. Click the old Ursuline Account
  5. Click the ā€œ-ā€œ icon on the bottom left
  6. Click OK

Add New 365 Account

  1. Open the Mail program
  2. Click Mail in the top left corner
  3. Click Add Account
  4. Click Exchange
  5. Type your Full Name, Full e-mail Address, and your Password
  6. Click Continue
  7. Under Description you can leave blank, or type whatever you want (Ursuline, 365, School, Work)
  8. Under User Name type your full E-mail Address: username@ursuline.edu
  9. Under Server Address type: outlook.office365.com
  10. Click Continue
  11. Click Continue
