How to connect an iPhone or iPad to your Office 365 Account
- Click Settings
- Click Mail, Contacts, Calendars
- Click Account
- Click Add Account
- Click Exchange
- Enter Full e-mail (email@example.com) and Password
- Click Next
- By default, Mail, Contacts, and Calendar information are synchronized
- Click save
Having trouble connecting?
Try and sign in to Office 365 using the web at the following link: https://login.microsoftonline.com/. Make sure you use your full username including the @ursuline.edu. If that doesn’t work, change your password and try and connect your phone again.
To Disable the Clutter Tool:
NOTE: You must complete these steps in the web version of Office 365. Do not access Outlook through your desktop.
- Select the settings gear in the top right corner of your Office 365 email.
- Select ‘Mail’ in the settings menu
- Select ‘Clutter’
- Uncheck the boxes to turn off Clutter

Username: Your full email address (User@ursuline.edu)
Password: The same as your password for all other Ursuline accounts
Domain: leave empty, there isn’t one
