How to connect an iPhone or iPad to your Office 365 Account

  1. Click Settings
  2. Click Mail, Contacts, Calendars
  3. Click Account
  4. Click Add Account
  5. Click Exchange
  6. Enter Full e-mail ( and Password
  7. Click Next
  8. By default, Mail, Contacts, and Calendar information are synchronized
  9. Click save

Try and sign in to Office 365 using the web at the following link: Make sure you use your full username including the If that doesn’t work, change your password and try and connect your phone again.

How to Disable Clutter

To Disable the Clutter Tool:

NOTE:  You must complete these steps in the web version of Office 365.  Do not access Outlook through your desktop.

  1.  Select the settings gear in the top right corner of your Office 365 email.clutter1
